CUSTOMS DATA ANALYSIS
See exactly what the right procedure is worth.
Most businesses know these reliefs exist. Few can say what they're actually worth to them, in pounds. We can, from data you already have.
An example of what this can look like: duty a business was leaving unclaimed each year by not using a procedure it qualified for. The real figure depends entirely on your goods and volume.

THE QUESTIONS THAT ACTUALLY MATTER
Not "here's a dashboard." Here's what it's actually for.
These are the questions a finance director or ops lead actually asks in the room, not the ones a typical analytics pitch answers.
WHAT CHANGES
Your raw declarations, and what our dashboard makes of them
The same data, twice. On the left, exactly as it exports, where two expensive problems sit hidden in plain sight. On the right, our dashboard, where they don't.
| Date | Product | Commodity code | Value | Duty |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| 04 Jan | Laptop 14" | 8471 3000 00 | 18,400 | 0% |
| 22 Jan | Laptop 14" | 8471 4900 00 | 16,900 | 2% |
| 09 Feb | Laptop 14" | 8471 3000 00 | 21,050 | 0% |
| 27 Feb | Laptop 14" | 8528 5200 00 | 19,800 | 14% |
| 15 Mar | Laptop 14" | 8471 4900 00 | 17,300 | 2% |
| 01 Apr | Laptop 14" | 8528 5200 00 | 22,600 | 14% |
| 19 Apr | Laptop 14" | 8471 3000 00 | 20,100 | 0% |
| 08 May | Laptop 14" | 8528 5200 00 | 18,950 | 14% |
Same laptop, every row. But three different commodity codes, so three different duty rates, and full duty paid throughout when a relief could apply. In a spreadsheet of 340 rows, nobody catches either.
The gap is the win: £28k less duty a year once the code is corrected and the relief applied.

WHAT WE BUILD
Four dashboards, built around your actual declarations
Not a generic template. Each one is built from your commodity codes, your procedures, and your trading pattern, and connects straight to the service that fixes what it finds.
01 · Classification & Compliance Monitor
Catch a misclassified code before HMRC does
Keeps your declarations compliant by flagging commodity codes used inconsistently, and duty rates that don't match what similar goods should attract, the kind of error that triggers a post-clearance HMRC demand.
02 · Special Procedures Finder
See what relief you're not using yet
Reads your actual shipment pattern against IPR, Temporary Admission and Warehousing criteria, and tells you which ones you likely qualify for.
See our special procedures →03 · Duty Recovery Tracker
Find out what you're owed back
Surfaces overpayment candidates from your own declaration history, the same starting point our reclaim work runs from.
See Duty Reclaim →04 · Operations Overview
One view of volume, lead time and broker performance
Every declaration, shipment and route in one picture, so you can see where delays or errors are actually coming from.
SEE IT IN PRACTICE
Two of the patterns our reviews turn up
Found
3 codes
One product declared under three different commodity codes across the year, so duty overpaid on the wrong ones.
Meant
£12k–£40k
Overpaid duty sitting reclaimable, depending on the rate gap and how far back HMRC allows the claim.
Action
Reclaim filed
Handed straight to our Duty Reclaim process, and the correct code applied from then on.
Result
Fixed for good
Money back for past shipments, and the overpayment stops repeating each quarter.
Found
Parts re-exported
A manufacturer importing components, assembling, then re-exporting the finished goods, paying full duty on the parts.
Meant
Duty suspended
Under Inward Processing, duty on parts that leave again is suspended, and often never paid at all.
Action
IPR set up
We apply for the authorisation and set up the records, through our Inward Processing service.
Result
Duty removed
The duty on re-exported goods stops being paid, freeing cash on every future shipment.
HOW THIS IS DIFFERENT
A chart tells you what happened. It doesn't file anything.
Free data and off-the-shelf software both stop at the same point, a dashboard. What matters is what happens the moment it flags something.
HMRC's free data
Raw declarations, no interpretation
- Free, but built as a data export, not an analysis
- No flagging, no benchmarking, no context
- You still need to know what you're looking at
A subscription analytics tool
Dashboards, no one behind them
- Shows you the same chart every business on the platform sees
- Flags a risk, then it's your problem again
- No route from "issue found" to "issue fixed"
Readyset
Built by the team already doing your compliance
- The dashboard is built around procedures we actually manage
- A flagged reclaim goes straight into our Duty Reclaim service
- A missed special procedure gets a real conversation, not just a chart
60-SECOND CHECK
How much are you likely missing?

Tell us where you stand today
This isn't a formal audit, just a quick read on how exposed you likely are.
HOW YOU’LL SEE IT WORKING
Not a one-off report. A number that keeps moving.
What ongoing looks like
Once you're on a dashboard, we track flagged issues month over month. The orange line is what's still outstanding, the green line is what's been fixed. The orange line falling and the green line rising is the actual proof it's working.
HOW IT WORKS
From free look to a dashboard you actually use
01
Free data review
We look at what you're already declaring and tell you honestly what we can see.
No cost02
Findings, in plain English
What we'd flag, what it's likely worth, and whether a full build makes sense at your volume.
03
Build & connect
Dashboard built and connected to the service that acts on what it finds.
04
Kept current
Refreshed monthly as part of an ongoing retainer, so it's never a report you looked at once.
WHAT IT COSTS
How we price the work
The first look at your data is free, and mostly us doing sums on your behalf.
If there's a solid case to build a dashboard, you'll get a fixed quote before any work starts. Ongoing dashboards run on a monthly retainer, covering refreshes and monitoring.
If the numbers don't stack up at your volume, we'll tell you that too, rather than sell you a dashboard you don't need.

-
Usually, yes. Brokers report on what they filed, not whether it was optimal. This looks at your full declaration history for patterns a per-shipment report wouldn't surface.
-
No. We work from your existing declaration data, whichever broker or software produces it.
-
Then we tell you that directly. Plenty of businesses at lower declaration volumes genuinely don't need a dashboard yet.
-
A generic tool shows you a chart and stops. If we spot a misclassification or an unclaimed relief, we can act on it directly, because that's the compliance work we already do.
-
Monthly as standard, in line with your declaration cycle.
