Is any of this accredited or CPD certified?
No, and we're upfront about that. What you get instead is training built entirely around your own business, your invoices, your data, your systems, rather than a generic syllabus. If a formal qualification is what you need, providers like the Institute of Export offer that. If you need your team to actually be able to do the job correctly on your own data, that's what we build.
Do attendees get anything afterward?
Yes, a certificate and written materials to keep, so the session isn't something your team has to remember perfectly on the day, they've got something to refer back to afterward.
Is there a minimum or maximum group size?
No. Whether it's one person or fifty, the session is built the same way and delivered the same way.
How is pricing worked out?
It depends on the content and complexity of what you need, not on headcount. We never charge per person, one attendee or fifty costs the same.
Do we need to prepare anything beforehand?
We'll ask for some of your own commercial invoices and MSS data ahead of time, these become the real case studies used in the session, so it's relevant to what your team actually handles, not a generic example.
Can we combine more than one workshop?
Yes, that's exactly what the Tailored Training Package is for, a mix of anything relevant to your business rather than picking a single fixed track.
